We offer €10 for each Depository Receipt held by you on June 28, 2023, against the granting of final discharge. Final discharge means that after accepting the settlement offer, you have no claim against Triodos Bank in relation to the Depository Receipts.
If you accept the offer, a settlement agreement will be concluded. We will calculate the amount of the settlement offer based on the number of Depository Receipts you held on 28 June 2023. For example: under a settlement offer for 100 Depository Receipts held on that date, the settlement amount is 100 x €10 = €1,000 (gross).
